Allison Blotzer is Senior Advisor in the Strategic Initiatives Group at Spirit of America. Allison served as the Chief Financial Officer at the U.S. Institute of Peace and the Peace Corps where she led the alignment of resources with organizational strategy as well as innovation in global delivery of financial operations. She has also held roles at the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Labor, and the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

Allison has an MBA from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in political science and economics from the University of Toronto. Her passion for international affairs was cultivated while serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Darien province of Panama. She is fluent in Spanish.
