How do I apply for a role at Spirit of America?

Absolutely! Candidates are welcome to apply for multiple positions that align with their experience and interests. We encourage applicants to tailor their resume and application materials to each specific role.
What does the hiring process look like?
Our hiring process is designed to help us get to know you — and to give you an opportunity to get to know us. While every search is tailored to the role, candidates can generally expect an initial conversation with our recruitment team, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and a cross-functional panel. Depending on the position, you may also be asked to complete a writing, analytical, or presentation exercise that reflects the type of work you’ll do at Spirit of America. Finalists typically meet with a senior leader(s) before a hiring decision is made.
