Senior Development Officer
Spirit of America seeks a Senior Development Officer who understands how to build authentic relationships with top-tier donors, articulate a compelling case for investment, and translate passion into transformational giving with deep experience in cultivating and closing major gifts. This is a front-line fundraising role focused on building enduring donor relationships that unlock transformative support for Spirit of America’s unique mission.
Regional Director – Latin America & the Caribbean
Spirit of America seeks an experienced, strategic leader to head our initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean in close cooperation and coordination with US military, development, and diplomatic personnel. The Regional Director will lead the design of a regional strategy to support US national security interests in the region and will supervise a small team of Program Managers in the design and implementation of lines of effort to support the strategy.
Senior Program Marketing Manager – Major Donor Fundraising
Spirit of America seeks a Senior Program Marketing Manager to lead the creation of compelling communications, content, and donor engagement strategies that advance our international assistance programs and major donor fundraising. This is a high-visibility role that requires intellectual curiosity, creativity, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate will be a strong storyteller who can translate complex global issues into powerful narratives that inspire action among major donors and key stakeholders.
Associate Program Manager – International Communications
Spirit of America’s International Communications team seeks an Associate Program Manager to help build, manage, and drive the success of this new program. The role will coordinate the team’s project planning, help scope and vet international communications partners, track projects from inception through completion, manage critical tasks related to program execution and vendor payments, and support with the production of collateral material highlighting our impact.
Vice President, Development
Spirit of America seeks a Vice President, Development to significantly grow and diversify our fundraising program. The VP, Development will be responsible for setting and surpassing ambitious revenue targets by cultivating a robust base of high-net-worth donor, while also building strong relationships with foundations. This includes identifying new prospects, designing tailored cultivation strategies, and creating compelling opportunities and events that inspire engagement and sustain investment.
