Associate Counsel
Spirit of America seeks an Associate Counsel to provide comprehensive legal and compliance support across our international operations and organizational functions, supporting the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer. This role is ideal for an early-career attorney with at least three years of experience who is eager to gain hands-on experience in trade compliance, international operations, nonprofit governance, contracts, and risk management.
Director of International Operations
Spirit of America seeks a Director of International Operations to help oversee our global program operations. This role is responsible for ensuring that our international activities — from concept development to implementation, monitoring, and closeout — are executed with excellence, transparency, and strong coordination across the organization. The Director will work closely with regional teams, ensure high-quality data and reporting, and help strengthen the capabilities of a rapidly scaling organization that operates alongside US troops, diplomats, and partners worldwide.
International Communications Program Manager – Africa
Spirit of America seeks an International Communications Program Manager – Africa to design and manage communications programs that help US diplomats, troops, and trusted local partners advance key priorities across the continent. The role will help build international communications as a growing capability for Spirit of America’s impact and scale in Africa, including identifying and onboarding communications partners, supporting independent communicators, and managing strategic relationships with government and non-government stakeholders.
