Ingrid’s background in international workforce strategy spans large-scale restructures, developing global compensation frameworks, leadership development, and talent mobility. She has a track record of designing scalable people-centered solutions that strengthen organizational agility and performance. Whether guiding HR strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, or mentoring future leaders, Ingrid blends empathy with execution.
Prior to joining Spirit of America, Ingrid held leadership roles at Creative Associates International, International Relief & Development/Blumont, and Population Services International. She holds a bachelor’s in Political Science from American University and is passionate about advancing safety, freedom, and opportunity through mission-driven work.
With a son serving in the US Marine Corps, Spirit of America’s mission is not only inspiring — it’s deeply personal. When she’s not working, Ingrid enjoys spending time with family and her rescue German shepherd mix, Cosmo.
