Joseph Tefera joined Spirit of America in September 2023 as a Data Processing Associate. Joseph works alongside the finance team to create and maintain clean, quality data for the use of the entire organization.

Prior to joining Spirit of America, he worked for The Ultimate Care, a Home Health Care service provider as an IT Analyst in Springfield, VA for a year. Joseph also has data analysis experience working at JB Hunt Logistics as an Engineering & Technology intern and working as an MLH fellow.

Joseph completed a Financial Technology degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2023, with a minor in Statistics and Actuarial Science.
