Joseph Warren brings a wealth of technical expertise and a deep commitment to empowering end-users through innovative IT solutions. Based in Spirit of America’s Arlington office, Joseph provides hands-on support across the organization, leads staff training initiatives, and collaborates with Isaac Jansson on strategic IT projects and system enhancements.

Before joining Spirit of America in 2025, Joseph served as a Senior Systems Administrator at VIDOORI, where he led Tier 1 and Tier 2 support operations, managed IT onboarding and offboarding, and trained staff on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and AI tools. His career also includes roles as a Cloud Administrator at Peraton and Nestlé, where he ensured system performance, supported executive users, and delivered user training. Additionally, Joseph worked as a Cybersecurity Consultant at Aveshka, implementing key security protocols and leading an Azure Information Protection migration.

Joseph holds several industry-recognized certifications, including CompTIA Security+, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104). His broad experience and proactive approach make him a vital asset to Spirit of America’s IT strategy and operations.
