Lisa Wexler is a Recruiter at Spirit of America, where she leads end-to-end recruitment across the organization. In her role, she partners with hiring managers to design effective interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.

Lisa brings more than 15 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with extensive work supporting USAID and global humanitarian programs. She has led recruitment teams and managed technical, administrative, and international hiring across both federal and nonprofit sectors. A Certified Diversity Recruiter, Lisa has deep expertise in sourcing strategy, pipeline development, and applicant tracking system optimization.

Before joining Spirit of America, Lisa served as Recruitment Manager at Credence Management Solutions, where she oversaw hiring for USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance institutional support contract and the Bureau for Global Health. She previously held senior recruiting roles at CAMRIS International and InfoZen, spent six years recruiting at the National Democratic Institute, and began her career in hospitality recruitment with Marriott International.
