Lucas Wuebben joined Spirit of America as a senior regional program manager for Asia-Pacific in 2026. Lucas served over a decade in the U.S. Army as an engineer officer and then as a civil affairs officer with numerous deployments in and around the European Command and Indo-Pacific Command areas of responsibility. Just prior to joining Spirit of America, Lucas was a disaster management and humanitarian assistance advisor with the Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance where he provided training to U.S. and partner forces on disaster response and other related civil-military coordination tasks.

Lucas attended Saint John’s University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and commissioned through U.S. Army ROTC program as a Distinguished Military Graduate and received the George C. Marshall award.
