Naomi Shoger
Office and Human Resources Coordinator
Naomi Shoger serves as the Office and Human Resources Coordinator at Spirit of America, where she oversees office administration and provides support to the Human Resources department. Her dedication to fostering the growth of Spirit of America ensures efficient operations within the office. With a strong military background — both of her grandfathers having served in the Marine Corps and Navy — Naomi takes pride in supporting our US troops overseas and championing the mission of Spirit of America.
Prior to joining Spirit of America, Naomi held the position of Human Resources Coordinator at the Republican National Committee and completed an internship at The Heritage Foundation, a prominent think tank in Washington, DC. Her diverse experience in both private sector and nonprofit organizations has equipped her with a passion for supporting employees and enhancing customer relations.
A resident of the DMV area, Naomi grew up in central Maryland and is a graduate of the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Outside of work, Naomi enjoys traveling around the world and spending time with her family.
