Special Projects Manager, Legal Affairs
Pamela Bowles joined Spirit of America in September 2022 in a part-time capacity as a Special Projects Manager, Legal Affairs supporting the Finance and Administration team with compliance-related matters and contract and policy reviews. She also supports the International Operations team with contract preparation and research.
Throughout her career, Pamela has filled operational and legal roles in both the private and nonprofit sector across seven industries. Her most recent full-time role was with Operation Smile as General Counsel.
As a solution-focused individual who enjoys fashioning legal, pragmatic, and workable solutions, Pamela has always been attracted to working with entrepreneurial organizations. She is adept at navigating inherent business risks and providing recommendations aimed at building long-term well-balanced strategic partnerships.
Pamela has a degree in government and politics from George Mason University; a master’s degree in business administration from Old Dominion University; and a juris doctorate from Dickinson School of Law.
