Vy joined Spirit of America in 2021 as the Accounting Manager. In this role, she assists the CFO and the Director of Finance with a wide range of accounting functions. Vy Joined Spirit of America because she was drawn to the organization’s mission of supporting Americans serving aboard and helping the local people in need across the globe. Vy grew up in Silver Spring, Maryland. Prior to Spirit of America, she worked at The Washington Post as the Senior Accounting Specialist. Vy holds a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and a Financial Accounting certification from Harvard Business School.
