Will Keller serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Spirit of America. An executive with more than 22 years of experience, he joined Spirit of America in 2026. 

Prior to joining Spirit of America, Will spent 16 years with Chemonics International, a leading implementing partner delivering U.S. foreign assistance programs globally. During his tenure with Chemonics International he was an executive for ten years serving as both the chief financial officer and senior vice president for Nigeria country operations. He was also a member of the board of directors for six years.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in public accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University and a global master’s in business administration from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Additionally, he is a certified public accountant in the state of Illinois.
