Windle Jarvis joined Spirit of America as Chief Development Officer in June of 2024. As CDO, Windle oversees the Development team and the fundraising strategy for the organization, helping Spirit of America build relationships with leading philanthropists who seek to promote American leadership and values on a global scale.

Windle brings over 15 years of fundraising and nonprofit management experience, having most recently served as Senior Vice President of Philanthropy Roundtable, where he managed the organization’s Development, Marketing, and Communications teams. Prior to joining Philanthropy Roundtable, Windle worked for the American Enterprise Institute, where he ran the Individual and Corporate fundraising teams and served as an advisor to the president and executive team.

Windle received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from George Mason University. While at GMU, Windle was selected for membership in the University Scholars Program, was captain of the varsity cheerleading squad, and was a leader in the Sigma Chi Fraternity.
