International Communications Program Manager – Africa
Spirit of America seeks an international communications program manager for Africa to design and manage communications programs that help U.S. diplomats, troops, and trusted local partners advance key priorities across the continent. The role will help build international communications as a growing capability for Spirit of America’s impact and scale in Africa, including identifying and onboarding communications partners, supporting independent communicators, and managing strategic relationships with government and non-government stakeholders.
Senior Regional Program Manager – Latin America & the Caribbean
Spirit of America seeks an experienced manager to serve as a senior regional program manager for Latin America and the Caribbean to work in close cooperation and coordination with U.S. military, development, and diplomatic personnel across the region. The senior regional program manager’s mission is to design and manage Spirit of America’s programs and partnerships in Latin America and the Caribbean, utilizing private philanthropic funds to engage citizens in preserving the promise of a free and better life.
Regional Director, Latin America & the Caribbean
Spirit of America seeks a regional director to lead our initiatives in Latin America and the Caribbean in close cooperation and coordination with U.S. military, development, and diplomatic personnel. The regional director’s mission is to direct Spirit of America’s international operations in the region, utilizing private philanthropic funds to engage citizens in preserving the promise of a free and better life. The director will lead the design of a regional strategy to support U.S. national security interests in the region and will supervise a team of in the design and implementation of lines of effort to support the strategy.
Director, Global IT
The director of global IT is responsible for leading Spirit of America’s enterprise-wide technology strategy, cybersecurity posture, and IT operational excellence across U.S. and international locations. This role ensures that Spirit of America’s systems, infrastructure, data, and users — both domestic and international — are secure, resilient, and fully aligned with organizational needs. The director oversees all IT governance, cybersecurity compliance, vendor oversight, and end-user support while ensuring that Spirit of America’s growing global presence has reliable, secure, and scalable IT capabilities.
Senior Executive Assistant
Spirit of America is seeking a senior executive assistant to support the organization’s President and the organization’s chief executive officer. This role requires a seasoned professional who operates with exceptional discretion, anticipates needs, manages complex priorities, and ensures the smooth coordination of executive activities. The senior executive assistant serves as a key operational partner to both the president and the chief executive officer, managing complex scheduling, coordinating communications, preparing briefing materials, conducting research, and supporting special projects.
