US Marines in northern Iraq are advising Kurdish peshmerga and local tribal forces who are leading the fight against ISIS. The Marine advisors have identified critical needs that will help their partners in their difficult and dangerous mission.
Spirit of America’s field operations team is on the ground in Iraq to deliver the needed assistance. These items – metal detectors to find roadside bombs, first aid kits to treat wounded soldiers, and other basic supplies – will greatly increase the effectiveness and survivability of America’s partners.
