Radio – Free Ukraine
Greetings,
We’re just back from a trip to eastern Ukraine, where one of America’s key partners is in a fight for security and peace. It’s not well understood that Russia invaded Ukraine and launched a war. More than 10,000 people have been killed. Fighters backed by Russian arms, manpower and propaganda regularly launch attacks. If we – America and the West – don’t help Ukraine stop Russia’s aggression, it’s unclear where it ends.
here, SoA is funding a radio station for Ukrainian soldiers on the frontlines of this fight. Until now, those soldiers have had no alternative to the relentless Russian propaganda being broadcast via television, radio, and even text message.
As of yesterday, Army FM is on the air! Initial programming consists of music and news from 6 AM to 10 PM local time, with more content on the way. Check the live stream out here and visit the station’s Facebook page here.
When we visited the frontlines, Ukrainian soldiers told us how important this project was and what an impact it will have on their morale and well-being. You can be a part of this project by donating here.
Thank you for your support!
All the best,
Jim and Isaac
