Outfit a Ukrainian soldier with a bulletproof vest in 36 hours

Your Impact

With the help of generous American citizens, Spirit of America raised $21 million to provide lifesaving helmets, body armor, first aid kits, and vehicles to Ukrainian soldiers and civilian volunteers. Against all odds, our Ukrainian allies are fending off Russia’s advances. Here’s what you can do to save a soldier’s life.

When Ukraine was attacked earlier this year, tens of thousands of civilians courageously volunteered to defend their country’s freedom. With a nationwide shortage of military-grade equipment, these citizen-soldiers had to perform their duties unequipped and unprotected from Russian attacks. Since April, Spirit of America has delivered more than 115 tons of assistance directly to Ukrainian forces.

Our staff has diligently worked to ensure only the highest quality protective equipment reaches Ukraine.

Spirit of America has acquired the licenses required to ship the same military-grade equipment our servicemembers wear to Ukrainian defenders on the front lines. As such, all of our shipments contain level IIIA ballistic helmets and level IV ceramic trauma plates, which are capable of protecting the wearers against the small arms and high-velocity rifles that Russian forces use.

With your assistance, Spirit of America will provide the protective equipment necessary to help Ukrainian citizens defend their homeland. The Ukrainian people share our desire for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and are forever grateful for America’s assistance during their time of need. Help us fill a box and defend freedom.
